what is Beer Can Chicken, you ask?
it’s easy outdoor cooking.
what do you need?
1 whole chicken
1 can of beer (needn’t be fancy)
spices & seasonings
a grill with a cover (works well in a full size Weber-type)
normal grill tools (or equivalent)
a pie tin (optional)
what do you do? first things first: pour 1/2 the beer into a glass and drink it. enjoy it, while you start a fire in the grill. while that gets...
